We also supply associated consultancy, training and engineering services. Our customers rely on our software for the effective operation of their processes. They require and expect high performance, reliability and ease of use from our software, accompanied by professional services.
We are committed to meeting or exceeding their requirements in a safe, timely and cost-effective way whilst also satisfying all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
We do this by operating a Quality Management System based around documented procedures. Adherence to these procedures is carefully monitored and corrective action is taken when required. We publish our Quality Objectives, which are periodically reviewed and updated to take into account progress in improving quality and changing circumstances.
