As you will be aware, the date for the UK to leave the European Union is fast approaching. Unfortunately, the UK government has not yet finalised a withdrawal deal, which leaves uncertainty in the trading situation for UK companies.

To mitigate any issue with the provision of our products and services, we wish to advise or remind you that Perceptive has established a subsidiary company located in the EU, based at a business facility at the University of Limerick in Ireland.

We would anticipate you continuing to place orders with Perceptive in the UK. However, we would ask you to set up our Irish subsidiary as an approved supplier within your purchase ledger/procurement systems, to enable you to place an order with an EU-registered company should the need arise.

Those clients who currently place orders via our Singapore office should not be affected.
